Name and email address, provided at sign-up or purchase, so we can deliver access and answer support requests.

Financial entries you type in: account names and balances, bills and income schedules, transactions with dates, categories and notes, budgets, goals and preferences. ClearSpend does not connect to your bank and does not import account data automatically — every number in the app comes from you.

Purchase and billing data, collected and stored by Digistore24 — we do not receive or store your card details.

To give you access to the app and keep your entries stored and in sync.

This build does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run tracking pixels. If that changes, this section will be updated before any such tool is enabled.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the product: Digistore24 (payment and invoicing) and our hosting, database and authentication providers. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your financial entries for advertising.

Customer and support records are kept for as long as you have access, and afterwards only for the period required by tax and commercial law in our jurisdiction. Deleting your account from Settings removes the rows you own from the database; backups held by the hosting provider may persist for a limited period before rotating out.

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or object to processing at any time. Settings lets you export everything you own (structured JSON and CSV) and delete your account directly. See the GDPR page for details on how to exercise these rights.

You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 60 days of purchase. To cancel, use the refund link in your Digistore24 order confirmation email or contact us at contactalphaex@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase. Once the refund is processed, access to the app is revoked.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails and newsletters at any time. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may also send an unsubscribe request to contactalphaex@gmail.com using the email address you wish to remove. Once processed, you will stop receiving promotional messages, although we may still send transactional emails related to your account, purchases or support requests.
